Have confidence in ordering with ManchesterUnitedJerseys.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your Manchester United Jersey less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us at support@manchesterunitedjerseys.com for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Items will need to be returned via Expess Mail Service so that the delivery can be tracked every step of the way. This ensures the safe and speedy arrival of your delivery.

Shipping Policy

You should receive your purchase from ManchesterUnitedJerseys.com within 10 business days from date of order. Orders are shipped via UPS, EMS, DHL & TNT.  Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Backorder Policy

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Damaged Good Policy

Cancellation Policy

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
